PRS
In addition to the use of 100% Natural Benefect™ disinfectant and anti-mildew agent, R.S. Restoration Services Ltd. is proud to introduce the addition of another environmentally friendly cleaner. PRS Water Damage products are non-toxic, biologically based cleaners used to digest odours and soils including those caused by fecal matter and urine.
PRS Products are a 2 step process. PRS Water Damage PreClean will eliminate the worst of the odours from water damage including black water within 15 minutes. The biological action will digest wastes reducing solids and organic load that may penetrate porous material. This product is the first product used and the first attack to contain a water damage.
PRS Water Damage Post Clean allows the digestion and removal of soil load during the drying process by penetrating porous materials.
Both PreClean and Post Clean will continue to work helping to eliminate odour during and even after our technicians have left the site.
RESTORE-500
The U.S. government originally created the formula for MDF-500 to combat weapons of mass destruction. This highly effective antibacterial disinfectant and cleaner works effectively against pathogenic bacteria and kills mould, mildew and fungal spores, is safe to use on most surfaces, and is an effective treatment for odour.
RESTORE-500 can be applied to any porous or non-porous surface to effectively kill 99.9999% of mould and mould by-products. It will control the regrowth of mould on the surfaces it is applied to, clean stains caused by mold and mildew growth, and deodorize the areas prone to musty and foul odours.
Odours associated with mould can be eliminated with the use of RESTORE-500. It can also be used to treat smoke odours caused by fire, cigarettes and cigars in homes, businesses and even vehicles. Because it is safe to use on most surfaces, RESTORE-500 can be used in most mould remediation and odour control scenarios.

Atomic Cleaner
R.S. Restoration Services is proud to announce the addition of Benefect Atomic Fire and Soot Cleaner. This fire and soot cleaner and degreaser is a high performance cleaner with the natural benefits of Benefect disinfectant. Atomic contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's), solvents, petro chemicals, dyes, fragrances, phosphates or other hazardous ingredients. By removing the majority of soot particles at the source, Atomic can dramatically reduce the scent left from fires.
